Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours after they are being placed. Our principal aim is for you to be satisfied.
NATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
• Flat standard shipping fee - $8 (3-6 working days for delivery; this may be longer during busy periods)
• Flat Express shipping fee - $12 (1-2 working days for delivery; this may be longer during busy periods)
FREE SHIPPING for all orders over 100$ within Australia! (standard shipping)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail or Australia Post Pack and Track.
Delivery times will vary depending on the country where the product is being shipped. International orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via standard shipping (tracking is not included). If you want to have tracking included, please select that at the checkout.
Please, make sure that you selected the correct shipping method when you check out!
Standard international shipping fee to NEW ZEALAND - $12 (with tracking included - shipping is $20)
Standard international shipping fee to USA & CANADA - $20 (with tracking included - shipping is $25)
Standard international shipping fee to ALL OTHER DESTINATIONS - $25 (with tracking included - shipping is $30)
Express international shipping fee to ALL INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS is $45
Please, allow 5-15 business days for international delivery. This may be longer during busy periods.
Note that international orders cannot be delivered to Post Office Boxes!
Customs & Import Fees (Note: This applies to the international orders ONLY):
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or import fees. Customs & Import fees may apply to some international orders. Customs & Import fees fluctuate by country and by the value of the order. Customs or import fees are charged once the package reaches its destination country. The customer is responsible for all customs and/or import fees. By the law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the package as a gift. Exceptions cannot be made.

Shipping Terms & Conditions:
1. We will do everything that is in our power to ensure your order is delivered within estimated delivery days. Please be aware that there is a possibility of delays beyond our control on all international orders. Every country has different Customs regulations that may add to delivery time estimations. Shipping time may take longer during busy periods.
2. Delivery days do not include weekends or public holidays.
3. The customs and import fees are NOT included in our international shipping price. You could be charged that once the package reaches your destination country. Every country has different customs regulations. We cannot tell you how much you would be charged.
4. Be sure that you have provided the correct address for the delivery. Once you place your order, and it is processed, we are unable to change the shipping address. The buyer's responsibility is to ensure that the address is correct. If we are provided with the incorrect address, we are unable to give refunds.
5. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by any person as a result of the delay because of our carrier or any event which is out of our control or provision..
