Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email. After that, you will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is being approved, it will be processed, and the balance will be transferred to your credit card or original method of payment, within a particular amount of days.

Note: Sale items cannot be refunded! Only items with regular price will be repaid.



To return the product, it must be unused, in the same conditions as you received it and in the original packaging.

The item must be received within 21 days of purchase date to be suitable for an exchange/refund. The receipt or proof of purchase must be saved and shown, to complete the return.

If item isn't in its original condition, is returned more than 21 days after the delivery, is damaged or has some missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
